Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully prior to utilizing the Elimu CBC Management and Compliance Platform across desktop, mobile, and web clients.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or signing into this system via an authorized school email account or parent verification code, you agree to be bound by these Terms and the data protection principles defined in our Privacy Policy.

2. Authorized Institutional Roles & Use

School Administrators: Responsible for accurate tenant configuration, master timetable deployment, and authorizing teaching staff access.
Teaching Staff: Granted access to enter formative assessments, manage classroom attendance, and review assigned class timetables.
Parents & Guardians: Authorized strictly to access evaluation report cards and progress metrics of their linked learners.

3. Data Integrity & Sync Reconciliation

The software offers offline synchronization capabilities. Users are advised to connect to the internet periodically to ensure conflict resolution and timely replication of student marks to the centralized cloud repository.

4. Termination & Access Revocation

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts in instances of unauthorized data scraping, credentials sharing, or breaches of institutional confidentiality guidelines.
